No watering to do, but I went out in garden and worked until time for breakfast. Dean and Mary came and he got some roofing and a roll of tar paper. They left and we went on packing.

Dinner at 12 and before we were up from the table some one was here to buy. I sold a few things.

In PM, we worked at the same job until time for supper. In eve, we visited and planned my future movements. I will go to see the family in Quincy and on to see Gladys and Chas and Nashville frineds, then to California.

Received a letter from Maxine, telling about Elaine’s new baby. She almost lost her life in the ordeal. Also more cards of sympathy.
