Up late, got pancakes for breakfast.

Maurice laid down a while and then go up and shaved. I fixed a chicken and put on to stew. Did dishes, cleaned up the house, and washed my hair.

By now time to get dinner. We had stewed chicken noodles, lima beans, and potatoes with coffee and squash pie.

In PM, I cleaned myself up, , rolled my hair and dressed and read the Sunday Post. Dean and Mary came about 4 o’clock and stayed an hour or so. They had been to their mountain place.

We had supper and on TV, Ed Sullivan, Ted Mack, and What’s My Line.
